A masonry or similar fence with a poured foundation proposed near a public utility easement or buried/above-ground utility equipment requires review by the Development Engineer and may also need a License to Encroach. Alternative fence material, location, or height can be requested through the Planning Director's Administrative Exception process, but that exception must be approved before the fence permit application is submitted.
